Welcome to the Ark
While parents and families attend worship and Bible Fellowship classes, preschoolers and kindergartners have a wonderful, nurturing experience awaiting for them with appropriate age and stage of learning activities.
It is the mission of the Nursery Department to provide a save and fun learning environment for all preschoolers and kindergartners as they are taught the message of God's love and care for them.
Everything done in the Nursery Department must align with our core values, whether it's our Sunday School classes with our awesome leaders or an activity. Those values are:
- Developing children as Christ followers, and enabling them to be able to share their faith.
- Developing children to pray.
- Enabling children to make wise choices according to the Scripture.
- Helping children to treat all people the same.
- Giving opportunities for fun and family, and tools for parents to lay the spiritual foundation for their children.
It is our mission to love and care for your child allowing them to realize the love of Jesus thro' age appropriate learning and play times while they are in the nursery. Our nursery is staffed by adults and helpers that have been approved thro' the Guardian System. We welcome any questions and look forward to serving your family. If you would like to become a part of the volunteer rotation please contact the nursery office. There are opportunities from sign-in attendants to classroom aides, and clean up once a month.
